Those 99% 25.74 crore are the people for whom ₹10,000 is a major amount. For some their whole month income, rich people look from their point of view, not one who actually lost the money, I bet if you ask the co-founder to wash ₹10,000 down the drain, he would too be troubled.

First you had problem with E20 Then said companies would void the warranty and saying oil not compliant Once companies agree on usage of E20 would not damage the cars Now government forcing them to say If they say then your warranty is valid Pure anti government propaganda.
