I had the privilege of attending a soft opening of Tiana’s Palace last night and let me just tell you… the food was incredible!! The bread on the po boy was soft yet flakey, the beans and rice were full of flavor and they didn’t shy away from the spice cabinet.

In conclusion Shanghai Disney Resort is kind of like the Las Vegas of the Disney Parks catalog. Not in a bad way but rather everything is just kind of over the top and grand and it almost makes it a little tacky but I love it anyway. Also you’ll smell cigarette smoke everywhere.
