For those who aren't aware of the background of my issue with #Volkswagen, here's a short version: . I absolutely love my VW Vento. But their service is abysmal, to say the least, and Volkswagen India management doesn't care one bit. 1. I have had an issue with the headlight.
Yet another example of 'Volkswagen makes fantastic cars, but their service, including customer service, is absolutely terrible'. Don't buy VW and Skoda cars; save yourself from frustration and disappointment. It is just not worth it.
