For those who aren't aware of the background of my issue with #Volkswagen, here's a short version: I absolutely love my VW Vento. But their service is abysmal, to say the least, and Volkswagen India management doesn't care one bit. 1. I have had an issue with the headlight
Yet another example of 'Volkswagen makes fantastic cars, but their service, including customer service, is absolutely terrible'. Don't buy VW and Skoda cars; save yourself from frustration and disappointment. It is just not worth it.

Flying Indigo this evening and just happened to check if the flight is on time. It’s delayed by an hour. No intimation from Indigo yet. Getting close to a Tiger in the jungle is less scarier than flying Indigo these days.

Closing a really old @IOBIndia account now, and got hit by account closure charges of ₹500 + GST. Is this usual? I've never encountered a charge like this before.
