ASUS Vivobook is such a mean machine! It's touchpad is very smooth, and a full size keyboard with separate numpad. Too bad I have to activate windows on it (for a relative). I can imagine, Ubuntu would rock and make the device last longer!

In my 4 years short life as a full-time dev, have mostly been in WordPress + Woo. Ghost codebase looks neat and interesting to me as a new dev and keen to explore more! The features they've launched with a lean team is commendable and Their focus on publishing is great!.

Vintage! My house has a video door bell with a mini CRT screen! :D . It was installed by our builder in 2011, and its outdoor unit lens had gone bad. I borrowed an unused one from a neighbor and got it repaired :D . Works awesome now!.

iPhone 13 mini after a month of not switching on. Rainbow screen of death. Seems widespread for the model. I am glad I have mostly used this as an expensive paper weight. So private, protected from its owner!

Almost 3 decades of my photos transferred to my own private Immich instance, that has experience very similar to Google photos. it has awesome mobile apps too. Hosted on an old laptop running Ubuntu server. Reduced concurrent jobs to keep it from getting fried.

Fruitful funfilled day today. First-hand experience of installing and trying out SeaFiles and NextCloud over Docker. Fascinating how I can create and erase these instances after evaluation. I will try out Immich tomorrow.
