Update:.So @reliancejio fiber service process is just pure nonsense!!! Reinitiating paperwork for relocation, and it will take forever to get the connection lolz #EpicFail . So, wait for weeks, pay the booking fee, and then pay more because that's how it works!.

So it seems like @reliancejio cannot handle its #JioFiber business, and @JioCare doesn't care. This is a master class of how not to handle customer support, a bad before/after sales service. I must admit, local broadband providers are much more customer-friendly!.

AI driven agents and chat bots might be good for businesses but a terrible customer support experience for humans.

Finally, @lubusIN has found its new home at @wordpressdotcom, embracing the power of the Block Editor after years of advocating and preaching it to others! 😄.
