Imane Khelif and Lin Yu-ting are men with DSD. 46XY SRY+ with 5-ARD. They have a deficiency in the 5-alpha-reductase gene, which caused their male genitalia to not develop as fetuses, and they were mistakenly identified as girls. 1/2
@PiersUncensored if Imane Khelif was a trans athlete she would have to sit out from the sport for a minimum of two years and reduce her T levels to under 2.5nmol/L as a prerequisite to compete in F boxing. She would not have even qualified to compete.
