Improved sleep habits: often bad sleeping habits derive from the inability to switch off or calm your thoughts at night. Meditation helps us to relax and teaches us to quieten our minds, therefore helping us to switch off easier and achieve better and more restful sleep.

Let’s break some of the myths surrounding rest and success: - Burnout is not a sign of success - Resting is not lazy - Working 24/7 won’t ensure success - Taking holiday is not frowned upon - Taking a mental health day is not failing You owe yourself some rest!🙏🏻
