Poor customer service @VirginAtlantic @richardbranson. My flight on 8 May to attend @ASCRS_1 in San Diego was changed to a layover 4.45 instead of 2h. Told if I want to change back-must pay extra. How can this be right to anyone let alone goldmember-TL Georgina refused to talk!.

A survey with @mrnigeldsouza of @ACPGBI members in 4 home nations show 95% of regions (69% after pandemic) use FIT in high risk symptoms in some form. Interesting that 41% think FIT increased investigations! 40% want national guidance (🤞coming out soon)
