A supremely bad take here, but I'm not shocked. Same thing happened w/ VII after Kratochvil was called out. Even for hearts that initially feel in the right place, loyalty and self preservation trumps all. Any valid demands for continued accountability become seen as attacks.

It always sucks for non-complicit women / new members who have to pay the price for decades of enablement & mistakes of others. It isn't fair, but you can thank DAH & your complicit colleagues for that. It's another layer of consequence & pain that stems from serial abuse.

Just as its a choice to join a fancy agency, its always a choice to leave when you find out how broken & toxic it is. Everything is always a choice. Throwing a fit & pointing fingers at the messenger who is seeking accountability is a choice that only further proves the point.

is overwhelming & undeniable, whether you like how he says it or not. If all of this anger was directed where it belonged - on the decisions of powerful folks that got us here over decades - maybe we'd finally get to see some real change.

Lastly - For those it isn't obvious to, the gender of a CEO should have no bearing on the responsibility they hold to do their job. The whataboutism of Drake's argument only serves to derail/distract from the actual concerns, and how misunderstood those are from Magnum's side.
