Bert loves Ernie, but is constantly annoyed by Ernie’s shit. Ernie does a lot of things to piss Bert off, and Bert visibly gets annoyed. Despite this, Bert loves Ernie for his foibles anyways. I have never seen George or Ringo be visible annoyed with eachother.
