MultCo Chair Jessica Vega Pederson has declared a state of emergency due to dangerous heat. Three daytime cooling centers are open starting at noon. Trimet is offering rides to anyone going to a cooling space starting @ 11 a.m. Full details on centers & library hours below. ⬇️
