If youāre searching for a protocol to identify RNA targets bound to your RNA binding protein of interest, do give our #MethodsinEnzymology chapter a read! Thanks @scientistmomEB for giving me and @Reshma_R_Kurup an opportunity to be a part of this.
Are you interested in identifying RNAs bound to your favorite #RNA binding protein? Check out our #MethodsinEnzymology chapter on RNA immunoprecipitation (RIP) assays (1/3).
