Thank you all for the kind comments and to GS1 for the award. I am very humbled by it, it is part of a journey to constantly providing better healthcare for patients across the globe.

Everyday we have a new experience. Today it is flying to a conference. Thanks to a rail strike flying was the best option to get to London.

Steve Bush from @LeedsHospitals asks what advice he’d give to a trust embarking on #Scan4Safety. “Have a really hard look about what’s achievable, at what’s your real focus, at what can be done with the time and resources available.” #BetterCareCostsLess

My computer phone rings and it is a colleague I am working with. I pick the call up expecting a series of questions and I read get told it is not a work call it is simply a call to see how I am. @OneNHSFinance let’s all call someone today to see how they are.
