Uphill feel- look at the body go low to high, this helps with the delivery of an accurate feed to the SS. But again, the timing is what makes this happen. Body is in unison from catch -> feed. This then leads to the next point. The feed ⬇️

The approach- timing is crucial here, right toe up since he’s moving to his right for feed. Flow state- no stoppage in movement from catch to feed. Timing- right foot comes down as the catch is being made, helps with the momentum to his target which leads to the next phase. ⬇️
