Today is Remembrance Sunday. We remember those who lost their lives in conflicts around the world. And we also honour those who continue to live with the effects of service, including members of our community affected by MS.

Calum has smashed his target of £5,000 raised for the MS Society. And his climb has also inspired Karen to take part in the MS Warrior programme, helping her rebuild strength and confidence.

Watching Karen live with MS for more than 15 years made Calum realise he wanted to "go and do stuff" while he could. Climbing Manaslu, at more than 8,000 metres, was part of that "stuff"! And a way to support everyone affected by MS. 🧡

This week's #MSSuperstar is our incredible fundraiser Calum Richardson, a chef and business owner from Stonehaven. He recently succeeded in summiting Manaslu in Nepal - the world's eighth highest mountain. ⛰️ Calum took on the challenge for his sister, Karen, who lives with MS.
