A4: passion projects are my go to. I allow for choice in end of unit assessment so they can decide what they want to do, write about, learn. They attempt so many things through the year and it helps them see what they do or don’t like. #CrazyPLN

A2: I had them tell me their goals outside of just the standards I have to teach, made a spread sheet with their word of the year, and I am doing biweekly checkins via zoom #CrazyPLN

A1: they take the time to know the kids, not just the content. I did an entire Intro unit that was full of fun, crazy, but informative for me activities. Then I sent a comment to each kid about something. I will do these once a week for as long as we are online. #CrazyPLN
