A few people have recently asked me where they could order my audiobooks. Has anyone with a small indie press actually produced an audiobook? How did you go about doing it?

90 years ago TODAY, on May 10th, 1933, the Nazis burned tens of thousands of books across Germany. We must FIGHT BACK against book bans. We cannot let history repeat itself.

Maureen Seaton, from “Fiddleheads” The first time I saw hundreds of fiddlehead ferns boiling in an enormous pot I realized what an odd person I must be to hear tiny cries from the mouths of cooking vegetables. @mseaton9 Complete poem: https://t.co/6eEZ8d3i9l

As for poetry? Some readers find sonnets to be repulsive, confessionals to be despicable, some don't believe in erasures, rhymed verse, prose poems, blank verse - and on. Form is only form. I want a poetry with no boundaries. Joseph Cornell: "Shadow boxes become poetic theater"

i bristle at anyone declaring what is or isn't poetry; i recall spoken word similarly dismissed, visual/concrete poetry, & flarf; always frustrating to see someone so willfully shutting down their own imagination on form, especially w such dismissal/disrespect for other creators,

IMO, “erasure poetry” is not poetry in any way. And to destroy someone else’s writingor, God forbid, poem—and then call the leftover words a new “poem” is pure philistinism. Fight me.

What is poetry? Our view shouldn't be limited. William Stafford: "A poem is anything said in such a way or put on the page in such a way as to invite from the hearer or reader a certain kind of attention." A link to many views: https://t.co/uA0hEWj3ie Photo: Dickinson's window
