A little talk goes a very long way. If you're upset, express yourself. If you're busy, talk. If you're gonna be late for an occasion, tell those involved. If you don't wanna be a part of a thing, decline. If you're unsure, ask. It's simple but quite important to communicate.

Sudden changed behaviour is such a trigger to me. Not communicating and then just switching up. That thing has hurt me all my life because itβs how my family communicates and then switch back when theyβre okay. So when anyone does this to me. I have to remove myself.
