In #Grade3 #Grade4 we work to build autonomy with *non-gendered* washroom passes. Ss grab one and wait for a nod of acknowledgement. Sometimes I pose this Q: Do you think you can wait 3 minutes for instruction to finish or is it an emergency? Their decision is always respected.
