Patient centred care has always been at the forefront of @JHRUwwlcommuni1 and especially myself. A patient expressed that she hasn't been able to get 'dolled up' in awhile, Mel and Deb to the rescue hair nails and makeup.She says she felt like a million dollars.💖 @WWLPatientExp
