This is a really good question. In fact the potential overlap of terms for writing in TLAC has been bugging me a bit. So I'm going to turn this into two separate questions and then answer them in a small 🧵(w thanks to @teachingwrens:)
@Doug_Lemov The answer may well be on a page of TLAC but: is there a definition anywhere differentiating between ‘silent solo’ and ‘stop and jot’? I want to build in more formative writing with different expectations (ie ideas may not be fully formed) and wondering if S&J is best phrase
