VI. Unilateral Hip Opener. - Start sitting on one heel.- The second leg is extent.- Now travel from the seated to a lunge position.- Come back again. Do 5-7 Reps per leg

V. Shred . - Start on your back. - Arms are beside you or overhead. - Legs are bent.- Soles on the floor.- Now start raising your spine from the floor.- One vertebra at the time. - Do this slow and with immens control.- Start at the hips till you reach the upper spine.- Come

IV. Seated Hip Opener. - Sit on your heels.- Support yourself with the arms behind the body.- Push the hips forward. Do 5-10 Reps

III. Figure 8 Leg Swing. - Stand on one leg.- Hold on to smt. if necessary.- Start moving the free leg in a figure 8 pattern.- Lock the knee while doing so. Do for 2 minutes each leg

II. Table Raises. - Start sitting on the floor.- Arms support the upper body on the sides.- Push the hips up until you reach a table position.- Come back down and repeat. Do 5-10 Reps

I. Hip Wake Up. Add this one to your morning routine. - Sit on the floor.- Legs are crossed in front of you.- Arms at your side.- Lift the hips upwards.- While doing so initiate a roll to the second side.- Squeeze the glutes .- The hips lead the motion. Do 5-10 Reps in each
