I did finally speak to customer service @DoorDash and simply asked if an allergy or religious preference that is mistaken by a restaurant is worthy of a refund and was told basically no.

Strangely @DoorDash feels a mistaken order for a kosher person (I.e. cheese in a burger) doesn’t warrant a refund? Helpful advice. Just eat it why don’t cha. I’ll try that on my friend.

Once again I know why I dont eat fish.

If anyone has a line on a human @Cigna as I’ve tried their provider search, been on hold for over an hour trying to find a line of care for my kid and is proving itself to be impossible. Unless the ailment is common there are no real options to find a specialized provider.
