this video was so insightful he basically cut out all processed foods and ate low volume high calorie foods (ex avocado) and he said he felt great and filled with energy omg
lowkey can we give donuts a round of applause for being moderately low calorie for a single one and not taking up a days worth of calories?( ´ ▽ ` ) i love donuts!!
trying to eat more intuitively cuz even if u are counting calories if ur not close to ur goal intake u might feel the need to eat for the sake of being at a certain calorie number
i love having a rich dad !! i came home from uni and my dad said he found out our coffee creamer had seed oils in it so now we only by chobani coffee creamer yayyy!! also i have an unlimited grocery budget so what should i ask for next week :)
