You can’t get lean super fast, unless you have been bulking. Even then getting lean takes 3 months+ you have to have gain muscle first then slowly cut down your fat while maintaining muscle / eating clean. NOTHING GOOD EVER COMES EASY !! Or else everyone would be super lean
