Reflecting on the last 12 months, I definitely stayed true to my word for 2023. While I can’t claim that the last year has been a constant laugh riot, I grabbed on to precious moments of joy and really let myself feel it. My word for 2024 is CONNECTION. Happy New Year ❤️

My favourite reads this year: ‘Soldier Sailor’ by Claire Kilroy is a riveting, visceral exploration of early motherhood. And ‘Four Thousand Weeks’ by @oliverburkeman has CHANGED MY LIFE. Recommend for anyone who feels the constant need to be productive is sapping life’s joy.
