Been in a bit of a rut. Summer is almost over. Companies in every vertical is ramping for Q4. Already started doing more outreach. Been quiet but I’ve built more collateral to leverage. Friction is just a sign you’re getting close. Keep pushing.

Curious to SDRs out there:. Recently interviewed for an Outbound SDR role. They are asking for 10 meetings a week/40 SQOs a month. They just launched their outbound program (so no process that’s solidified yet) . Is that ask kinda excessive? Or am I’m just being callous? . I’m.

Just saw a cold email setup with 14 tools, 3 CRMs, and automations powered by vibes. The comments were just people calmly explaining why every single part of it was a bad idea. Ha.

Upwork’s always been a double-edged sword. Plenty of posts will undervalue your work (build a full cold email infra… for $150). Today is one of those days unfortunately. But the right clients do exist - the ones who understand what it takes to drive growth and are ready to.

HIGHLY agreed. Fired and parted ways with clients that weren’t aligned. The money ain’t worth the bullshit.
Pain in the ass clients are not worth it no matter how much money you can make from the deal. You need to build up the courage to turn them down when they want to work with you. Otherwise they will make you completely miserable no matter how good you are. Be VERY selective about.

Tuesday Morning ⬇️. Brutal chest day to start the day strong. Been cooking in the lab, new client, new infrastructure launch. Campaign has only been running since 8am. Just walked out the gym and got this notification. Less than 3 hours in and we already have a call booked.
