Bringing back institutions makes sense when you consider they also put suffragettes, unruly wives, queer people, antiwar and civil rights protesters in them too. “Crazy” just means “not normal” and only people in power decides what “normal” is.
JUST IN - President Trump: 'Signed an executive order to bring back mental institutions and insane asylums. We are going to have to bring them back. Hate to build those suckers but you've got to get the people off the streets'
