#MedicaidExpansion is a good deal. The federal government pays for 90% of the cost. Alabama only has to pay for 10% and the feds just gave us a deal that would effectively cover the full cost of expansion for at least a few years. @GovernorKayIvey, take the deal. #alpolitics

#Tianeptine, an over the counter dietary supplement, became a Schedule II controlled substance in AL on March 15th. It will not be available to purchase over the counter. It works on opioid receptors in the brain and can create similar symptoms to opioid use disorder/withdrawal.

Interesting, right? Turns out that @aafp was right - people want to get their COVID vaccine at their physician’s office. Let’s listen to people and resource primary care and let them do what their patients want them to do - vaccinate people.
