1500 plus flights cancelled and thousands of passengers stranded on a day Modi is trying to showcase India's economic story to an Indo-Russia business delegation with Putin watching should be one of the most embarassing moments in New India!

American Citizens should not have to compete with immigrants and illegal aliens for jobs, housing, education, food, Infrastructure, medical care, welfare, etc. Americans must come first. Video Credit to @TheBrancaShow . I urge you to join his channel.

The Indigo crises(over 1500 flights cancelled and passengers stranded) exposes a key aspect of Modi govt policy. If you create a near monopoly or duopoly in any sector it eventually becomes anti consumer. This is happening in many sectors and consequences will follow.

Govt/regulators being so soft on monopoly companies seems embedded policy now. Sarkar is treating with kid gloves a company with 61% market share? Unbelievable.

And, @DGCAIndia caves in to Indigo blackmail. Passenger safety has been ejected to ensure that the DGCA Indigo nexus continues

And shocking that Indigo has the gumption to seek regulatory waiver till Feb to restructure its operations when passengers are stranded all over the country due to delayed and cancelled flights.

Why is the DGCA behaving like a powerless passenger who is unfortunately booked on the worst airline in India’s history? Why no action from the Civil Aviation Ministry in what appears to be Indigo trying to arm twist sane regulations

Agree 💯. FDI is the elephant in the room. And delay in US trade deal worsening FDI prospect. Businesses want certainty. No one invests in uncertain environment. Not even domestic Pvt investment!

We need to confront the biggest elephant in the room: the sharp decline in FDI over the last two years. Coupled with persistent FPI outflows, this is putting pressure on the currency and weighing heavily on domestic sentiment. Yes, the delay in the deal with US is another big

Largely due to a big surge in Russian oil imports, India-Russia bilateral trade grew massively from about $13 billion in 2021-22 to $70 billion in 2024-25. Now with Indian cos drastically reducing oil import from Russia the bilateral trade will likely collapse in 2026 and 2027.

Never seen a more immaculate and professional run chase than SA's 362 against India in second ODI. Last 40 runs mostly in 1s and 2s after being 6 down.

A new narrative is Re depreciation is good for exports. During Modi's 11 years exchange rate has moved from Rs.60 to Rs 90 but goods exports grew poorly at low single digit annually. Service exports grew double digit as they are competitive, not necessarily due to weak rupee.

Re today crossed a big psychological barrier of Rs 90 to a dollar. Govt says it is not losing sleep over it. Govt has rarely lost sleep over anything as US tariffs play havoc with merchandise exports in many sectors, causing massive unemployment & shutdowns among SMEs.(Contd)

After Op Sindoor and the changed nature of remote warfare India needs to quickly consolidate its def tech from an inter-operability standpoint. No longer can we hedge our hi tech fighter aircraft purchases between Russia, US and France. Op Sindoor tells us that era may be over!

India has to take a decisive call on high tech defence acquisitions for air warfare. Russia is offering Su-57 which they call the best 5th gen aircraft in the world. It is half the price of US's F 35 Trump is trying to sell. India has to consolidate def tech. So which one?

There is a method in this madness.Mass harassment/cruelty is core ideology. That is why after Demont in 2016 we are now brazenly told there is no data on how much black money may have left the country in recent years! Real objective is something else.

You cannot weed out illegal immigrants: put the onus on crores of citizens, make them fill forms, make them get this that kagaz. You cannot catch digital scammers: track citizens with an App. Why should the Government trouble us for failing to do its job?
