Are we close to having real-time wearable biological age (mortality) estimators?. I think so. And Prof Jan Gruber from National University Singapore agrees. If we're right, the implications are profound. Keep an eye out for our full conversation from @LongevityDublin. It will

During my talk I specifically called out these gene therapy clinics and they way they are operating. I suggested one improvement would be an independent body that collects and aggregates the data on both efficacy and adverse events. Afterward folks from the conference shared some.
Sitting here at day 2 of @LongevityDublin feeling uneasy with the presentation from TripleHelix about what they are doing with gene therapy outside of any regulation. Then the guy starts talking about SIRT1 gene therapy, and now I'm certain they don't know what they are doing.

Absolutely fantastic session and panel discussion on Women’s Health & Longevity at @LongevityDublin featuring @jenngarrison, Dr. Leoni Matt, @chiara_herzog, and Judith Mueller. It was exciting to see all the progress, but disappointing and disturbing to hear how uninformed and.

Two take-aways from David Furman's talk during day 1 of @LongevityDublin :. (1) Trajectories of change in "aging clocks" are likely more informative than absolute age-estimates during normative aging. (2) Microgravity accelerates many phenotypes of aging - perhaps accelerates.

I really liked the way Jan Gruber explained "biological aging" clocks at day 1 of @LongevityDublin. What should a useful clock be able to do?. (1) Identify existing disease.(2) Detect early, hidden and subclinical disease in an interpretable/explainable manner.(3) Provide.

Just got my microplastics test result back for pre- and post-TPE. My level was 1 *before* TPE using, I believe, exactly the same test as Bryan Johnson. This isn't a particularly impressive result. Nobody knows yet how important microplastics are going to be to your health, and.
I’ve reduced the microplastics in my blood by 93%. In October, my blood contained 15 particles. My latest sample contained only 1 particle. This is my best result to date. Only 1.6% of tests contain fewer microplastics. This comes from the largest dataset in the world on

I might have to moderate my opinion of @bryan_johnson - this is pretty goddamn funny. Seriously, y'all need to learn how to live life and have some fun once in awhile. It is possible to be healthy and enjoy life at the same time. In fact, I would argue it's essential. You can
