So aptly put Dr Gautham! Technology although invaluable has sadly clouded the critical analysis of a case.
In intensive care it's common (and perhaps natural) to use technology as the solution to many clinical problems. For example, nowadays the solution to everything in the NICU seems to be POCUS. However it's important to emphasize intangible, non-technological skills, eg critical.
