Amen. The classics don't need to be altered & shouldn't be. History & tradition - the Yanks, Dodgers, Red Sox, Cubs, & Cards have it. The wannabe teams that change looks every year like the Padres, Rockies & Astros don't.
I understand MLB is trying to sell product. No problem. Still of the belief that Yankees' cap should never be altered in any way, shape or form. Especially on July 4th. Just looks goofy. (See also: Dodgers, Cardinals, Red Sox, Cubs, etc.)

I also detest Oklahoma City. It's a AAA town with one top level pro team pretending the city is in the majors (like Portland, Sacramento or San Diego). Seattle teams don't win much but it least it's legit major league sports city.
I detest Oklahoma City…. no way that city deserved an NBA team and it’s a travesty they won a title. They stole Seattle’s team….

An example why CA is a model for inefficiency. On the phone with DMV for the 3rd time in 2 months trying to resolve an issue. At end of call the rep says "you can now do that at AAA". I'm at AAA now, moments away from getting what I need when DMV computers go down statewide. .
