I also am a big proponent of collecting vintage leather, boots, heels, lingerie and other pieces. Have them repaired/adjusted by professionals or do it yourself. The items feel so much more special and I often find things for reasonable prices if I hunt carefully enough.

On that note, let's continue to support artisans making custom and made-to-order fetish attire. Let's support keeping cobblers and tailors in business. Save up and invest in pieces that can be taken care of and repaired for a very long time if you can.

Part of the appeal for fetish attire/materials, is actual textural/materiality. The connection to the physical domain. Devotion to details, craft, and artistry, imo.

The proliferation of AI fetish accounts is so depressing. It's bizarre to see the same accounts that share beautiful, classic actual photography and illustration mixed in with sterile, soulless AI slop. I can't wrap my mind around the appeal.

Passed my first Pilates teaching training test today after a rigorous first month. Was told I'm "very composed and comfortable giving instruction." I wonder why that is. 😎 It's been so fun to experience all the crossover in this new parallel practice.

This style of stocking is called “fully-fashioned.” It’s knit flat, the flat halves are sewn together by a seamstress, and the stocking is heated to the shape of the leg. The machines for this type of stocking are very rare. Fewer than half a dozen manufacturers still make them.

Very curious about latex vacuum towers/cubes. To those that have experience with them, are they a pain in the butt to assemble and clean/take care of? Do you recommend?
