Not sure how @virginmedia think putting my broadband monthly cost up to £47.50 is a good deal. Will be calling in the morning to cancel.

So seems @ThreeUK are tight with the allowance for data while in Tenerife, I have unlim back in UK but only allowed 12GB of that while on holiday, however hubby and daughter on @virginmedia get to use all of their allowance. Seems virgin is the better choice.

At my 15 year olds parents evening this week every teacher advised she was very much a leader and then gave examples of leadership qualities she displays. Really sums it up when my 15 year old has more leadership skills then some managers I've known.

This is 100% correct, finding a manager that is also a great leader unfortunately isnt common place any more sadly. A lot of YES people seem to get promoted but can't lead or manage a team.
The right manager can literally make or break your experience of a job.

100% correct, every job I have left has been becuase of a manager, normally a new manager.
@3vanSutton While working in HR years ago, I always said, “People do not quit their jobs—they quit their bosses”. I still find it to be highly accurate. Bosses didn’t like to hear it.
