So brave @ApsanaBegumMP.
Last year, I ran in an election where I faced ongoing abuse, harassment and coercive control. It’s relentless and goes on and on, along with the wall of institutional gaslighting. I want to be clear once more: I will never submit.

Back to Parliament after an eventful recess with plenty to discuss. Started today on the picket line with @pcs_union Parliamentary Security Section. As MPs we rely heavily on these people who do not deserve to see their working terms & conditions attacked. Solidarity✊

NEWS: I’ve set up an independent anti-racist reporting and monitoring organisation. We’ll document racist attacks, support victims, pressure authorities to act, and amplify the voices of smaller, more isolated Black and Asian communities across Britain.🧵

Excellent discussions with @TSSAunion regarding the future of GBR. Working people must not lose out during the transition from private to state control.

Absolutely brilliant Dan @northumbriana . More yards cut in the club than at the coal face 🤣🤣🤣.
Some exquisite sinking of pints here back in 1971 as Reece Elliot from Birtley in Co. Durham - 52 years a pitman - sings the satirical miners' ballad 'The Celebrated Working Man'.
