A coisa que tive mais dificuldade de aprender, tanto como dev um pouco mais experiente que tinha que orientar os outros quanto como gerente, foi que às vezes você tem que deixar as pessoas quebrarem a cara. A gente quer proteger as pessoas, mas às vezes proteger demais é pior.
