What an interesting parallel where as painters, it's not recommended to use black with nature scenes. Mixing colors into a very dark shade is better. 🎨 I'd go for a Smoky Black or Midnight Blue!

Job hunting is like golf, we want as few job apps filled out. If I had 400+ folks who would refer me to a company-- I think the odds are going to be significantly greater in getting an offer-- compared to filling out an app 400 times.
This is the kind of market where each application is averaging 100s of people especially if the posting has been up for longer than 3 days. The only way to get ahead is to either make your application standout or to have someone of influence refer you.

Even in 2007, my HS friends were already in Misses or Plus size clothing ranges. We laughed about how tiny junior tops were ("You'll need 3 bikini tops to cover one tit!") I could see that trend continuing for 20 years where the jump from girls -> misses size range is direct.
