Huge shoutout to the lovely volunteers at @parkrunUK we were at @GPparkrun today and enjoyed a lovely icecream from the @runna team. Got a pic with Ben and that’s a fab start to our weekend! Mum is in remission from blood cancer and inspired so many today, she’s a hero 🦸‍♀️

Carers who are already struggling with anxiety and trying to find pockets of joy in little things have to constantly face rejections to jobs that I’ve applied to, I’ve got the skills but now you’re hired based on your followers! How sad is this world we live in.

Please come along on Sunday 27th July at 9.30am to do a 5k walk or run at Osterley Park to celebrate #southasianheritagemonth @SAHM_UK @UKRunChat it’s for everyone, a fun way to bring the community together and get active. I’ll be bringing samosa for after 🙏🏽🙌🏽☺️

We did 5k not fast and no PB, just a nice relaxed run for me and walk for mum and that’s the beauty of being active, you encourage each other and do what feels right for you. Also wear the shorts 🩳 and feel comfortable being you. Life is short, do what makes you happy. 😃
