As I'm gaining confindence in both Claude Code's capabilities to code and my own in guiding it in the right direction, I've found myself toying with running multiple at once. This quickly becomes a mess though, so here's a tip on how to make it work.

Get an APM tool. If things are slow, there’s always a “worst” call you can likely optimize or completely remove. 4 years of working on an APM agent taught me that often it’s one thing taking 80% of the time.
All @gumroad profile pages are now 20-30% quicker!. Why? I discovered we were sanitizing the description for each product, which can be heavy. But. we don't even show the description on this page, so I removed that code!. This saves ~9.7 days of user wait/CPU per month

I've been using LeaderKey on my Mac for a while now, and honestly, it's been a game changer. Instead of having my browser cluttered with bookmarks or constantly clicking through applications, I can launch pretty much anything with just a keystroke or two.
