Today is #WorldPrematurityDay2021. A massive shout at to all those who have been and are currently in the neonatal unit. My boys born at 28weeks…then and now. Largely thanks to @mkrettiwt and his team @UHD_NHS. Nearly 5 years past but not a day goes by where I’m not thankful 🙌

I think something has been lost in translation. I never asked for a bigger weenus #baggyelbow. Aspirated then returned immediately with no trauma…😬 no evident signs of infection but definitely ugly!

Well that’s that. Disappointed not to go under 4 but it’s done. Shocking weather and maybe not wise to run along the seafront 💨 overwhelmed with the random support and well wishers on the way. Found the app really useful as well @LondonMarathon #The40thRace see you next year 🏃🏻♂️
