I'm a little bit late to the holiday update party this year, but I said #legacylove so I'll optimize the hell out of @TeslaAndroid frontend. Makes sense after I've made the embedded part as close to perfect as it's ever been. I love Flutter Web, but can't justify it when I can

I’m glad it all worked out, I actually wanted the supply to last till the last delivery window for Christmas so that I could rebuild inventory in a normal pace and avoid the night shifts. Getting those built takes time, stocking above my financial ability drives stress and
Looks like we’re officially out of stock for 2025! 🚀 Every Gen 2 order placed so far will be shipped just in time for a delivery before Christmas 🫡 Thanks to everyone who got their hands on the device after launch!

I still have PTSD from folding boxes in late 2023 😆

I’ve figured what to do with all the spools that have a tiny bit of filament left on them 😆 I’d just start throwing SIM card adapters to @TeslaAndroid kits, quite a few of you don’t have them 👌

Super bullish on WebGPU, not so much for Flutter Web anymore especially given the memory footprint and how interop works 😭
I'm super bullish on WebGPU and wanted to share why I think it's a big deal. - WebGPU isn't just a Web API. It runs in C and C++ through Dawn, in Rust with wgpu and in Deno. It's shaping up to be the first true cross platform solution for efficient GPU access. A nice outcome is

Another 3 AM drop, I need to get better at estimating how long some things should take…
Purchased our Gen 1 -> Gen 2 Upgrade Kit? We have a tutorial for you ready to go (it’ll get better soon, promise!) First customers got their packages on Friday so this was another night shift for us 🙄 Use our support channels to give feedback/get help https://t.co/sKSiCb2HLY

Get your NVMe before retailers raise the price by 100% on their existing inventory. There might be no restocking in the foreseeable future 😭 I wanted to build a 256gb server with 10+ terabytes of storage this winter and it’s not happening. Long live my 4 terabyte Crucial

Well, the gamble paid off. I could have bought even more @TeslaAndroid components for 2026 🤣 Looks like me hovering around improving the Intel Experience (#legacylove ) could also be a good choice. The first implementation was a clusterduck but there is still some time left and

Stick to regulating water bottles and let them cook 😭😆

I can’t emphasise enough how good Apple Remote Desktop is when you use the high performance mode. I’m 600km from my other laptop, I have 250 Mb/s uplink there and it feels like I am in my office when I remote to my servers. Watching YouTube, coding, all butter smooth 🚀
