Way to go @FlyFrontier - you canceled my wife's flight *after* she had already gone through security and made her miss a funeral. A refund doesn't even begin to make up for that.

Really unhappy with @AmazonHelp - bought a Kindle Fire and two days later the price drops and they tell me my only option is to return it and buy a new one to get that price. Seriously? Pretty sure every big box store I’ve shopped at will do a price adjustment after the fact….
