Wolbachia bacterias can prevent mosquitoes from transmitting deadly viruses such as dengue and chikungunya. Thus, releasing laboraty-made mosquitoes infected this bacteria resulted in a protective efficacy of 77% after 2 years! .So cool ! .

The Crime Museum is a bit more special. Located north east from vienna. It features objectively the history of police ane crime in vienna.

The Gaming Museum is located next to Haus des Meeres (a nice aquarium place) near vienna's center. It is more practical than informational : you can see a lot of retro and classic games, but also play them, alone or with a friend! From atari to mega drive, Nintendo 64.

If you are short on times you can also try two smaller museum : The Video game museum and the Crime museum. The visit itself is around 2 hours.

This museum has quite a variety of exhibitions, from energy to transportation, music, everyday life. Did you know people built pianos that could also play violins? 😳

Then if you head for south-west, you can visit the Schonbrun castle and gardens. They have an orangerie, japanese hardebs, a zoo. Next to it you can also find the technology museum, which i quite enjoyed !

The Albertina museum has a good variety of impressionist and surrealist paintings, such as monet, signac, picasso. After the visit you can pass by the nice park of Burggarten
