This whole exclusivity/or not industry gossip and chatter of today makes me happy it’s not my headache. CDPR games are and will continue to be platform agnostic. We love the fact you play the games we made. It’s up to you to choose your playground.
@PaulTassi
I can help with the att rate for The Witcher 3 expansions you mention in your article. Three months after the release of Hearts of Stone & Blood and Wine we were at 22% and 24% att rate. We landed between these values with Phantom Liberty in a similar timeframe. (1/2)
TBH, the decision to go through with the expansion so long after launch of the single player game was a bit counterintuitive. But what happened is a proof to us that solid content that people are happy with is the way to go. (2/2)
Hadar. What are we thinking? Cosmic horror? Feudal Japan? Modern day crime thriller?
It defs needs to set itself a part from Dark Future and Dark Fantasy, but Dark “Present” seems like it steps too much on Cyberpunk’s toes.
So very curious to hear more … love that CDPR is
5 million copies of Phantom Liberty sold and counting! Big thank you to all the fans of Cyberpunk out there. And to the whole team for delivering this mammoth expansion.
Now, THAT is a vintage piece I just realized I have in my collection of things from the old days. Got this copy of original The Witcher from the team way back in October 2007 ❤️
I was at BAFTA ceremony back in 2016 when we did not win a single award for The Witcher 3 despite quite a few nominations. I remember how sad we all felt. I guess I started to believe this award is maybe not meant for us. Even more thrilled for the whole CDPR team who worked so
Moving between houses is a bit like treasure hunting. It was there on the shelf all the time but I did not remember until I reached for it. Turns out I have a Mass Effect copy signed by its team long time ago in a galaxy far, far away. Good memories. Great series. Great team.
Happy Birthday, Mike! It has been a long road from the moment I played Cyberpunk 2020 with my high school
RPG group to where we are right now. We are proud we got to play a part in the history of the setting you created.
Happy Birthday, Mike! 🎉
Thank you for igniting our imaginations. We wish you a preem day full of love and laughter!
I still remember how your ideas gave me chills when I was a kid. I’m proud that we can contribute something to the world of Cyberpunk.
This should be fun for all the tinkerers and modding magicians out there. The best toolset we ever released for TW3. Hope you manage to have and give fun with it :)
Mark your calendars — The Witcher 3 REDkit, an extensive mod editor based on the game’s engine, releases on May 21st, 2024! ⚙
It will be available for free for everyone who owns The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt on PC.

Another cool memory. A gift we have received while in Japan after the launch of The Witcher 3. This came from the great folks at Spike Chunsoft. What you see here is Hanko, a stamp that can serve as official signature for companies and individuals. This one is but a cool
Did anyone catch my character's performance in cyberpunk?
I have to say it's been 100% vibes working with the cyberpunk team. Usually corpo type things have all sorts of rules and constraints but they're def in it for the art
The great folks of Fool’s Theory (also working on The Witcher 1 remake) are launching their labour of love today. Shipping a game is a special moment for every studio, and I hope this is a great day for the whole team involved. You deserve it!
My first time on X/Twitter. Probably not the last one. Been thinking what to start with, and I guess the timing makes it Happy New Year people. Have fun, be good, be thoughtful, and understanding. Don’t forget about fun too :)
Completed my first game of 2024. Baldur’s Gate 3 beaten. Took me forever since I can play only a little every other night (3 kids does that to you). That game took me right back to 90s when I DMed Forgotten Realms and Ravenloft to my group of friends ❤️

I know I’m late to the game. But it’s finally time for me to check out the Fallout on the TV. Excited! I’ve been hearing good things about how that IP got treated well ❤️
40 years ago King’s Quest was released. Cannot stress how much influence this game and the Sierra adventure games had on me. Hats off to Roberta Williams and Ken Williams for making dreams come to life on our computers
Today, Mike received the E. Gary Gygax Lifetime Achievement Award at

We just wanted to take this time to humbly thank
@lukegygax
and everyone else for this! Was completely unexpected!

40 years ago today the first two episodes of Robin of Sherwood premiered on the TV in the UK. One of my childhood defining shows. Goes without saying. While it aged for sure, it still is watchable. Also, nostalgia kicks in with that Clannad music (band where Enya started way
@SztukaGry
Sure. Which is I am using present and future tense. W1 for PC was all we could afford to make back in 2007. And we sure tried to bring it to the consoles back in the day. Almost went bankrupt in the process and had to move on to live another day and tell another tale as a
#IndianaJones
and the Great Circle is an all-new adventure game that features a mix of combat, stealth, puzzles, gunplay, and of course...Indy's whip! Use it for traversal, as a distraction, or taking out enemies.
You aren't just playing as Indiana Jones, you ARE Indiana Jones.
@EnslavedGamer
Which is why I am using present and future tense. Back in W2 days we could not afford supporting more platforms. In fact, 2008-2010 was a struggle for financial survival for us. Even X360 came a year later to the PC version and the choice of the platform was because of financials
Been watching the original 5 seasons of The Twilight Zone (created by Rod Serling). While a testament to the back then sensitivity, fears, and hopes, it is still a great watch. Just remember it’s 60s when Rod tells you about cool cigarettes he is endorsing at the end of the show

Produkcja to moment, kiedy
@Leszek_mr
To oznacza tylko i aż tyle, że nad grą pracuje już 400 osób. Co do „pełnej pary”, preprodukcja to też praca nad grą i to zdecydowanie nie na pół gwizdka.

Lots of crazy/cool stuff related to CDPR and our games showed up on my shelves in the last 20 years. Might post some here every now and then :)

Hah, true 😂 Will leave it as a testament to me messing up. Running with boxes and checking X in between makes you do that ;)
@raees_shah17
I played and loved Arkham trilogy back in the day (have not had a chance to experience Gotham Knights or Suicide Squad). To your question, as a general rule, I do not feel it’s appropriate for me to make comments about other studios and teams. You will rarely see me doing that
@raees_shah17
Do not plan in such detail - next on my „to do” list is Alan Wake 2. I really loved the first one when it came out on X360 and look forward to this one.
@raees_shah17
Yes! Resident Evil series, Evil Within, Silent Hill series, also some more obscure stuff. Would play more of those had I more time on my hands.
