5. designer organoids with automated feedback loop to respond in personalized way to each human. problem: organoid reproducibility is stuck at ~53 % batch-to-batch consistency; that variability squanders roughly $1 B in pre-clinical R&D and generic “one-size-fits-all” models

2. wearable experiment monitoring system + robotic automation system. problem: the reproducibility crisis means that 70 % of scientists can’t repeat peers’ work and 60 % can’t even repeat their own, wasting an estimated $28 B/yr in biotech r+d. solution: smart-ppe headset.

here's what got built: . 1. 🏆pippin a hands-free voice agent for the opentrons flex. problem: scaling assays from manual to robot requires tedious tuning of aspiration/dispense speeds, mixing cycles, etc. solution: an open-source mcp server that self-optimizes liquid-handling
