Met up with Hlumelo, the talented young ballet dancer from a SA township who we helped to send to The Hamburg School of ballet. He’s been there for a year now & is thriving. Zama Dance School help so many young kids reach their potential thru dance. So inspirational. 💛

Went for a skate for the 1st time in 4months with coach Megan_allely.Felt pretty rusty &had to be sensible coz of hamstring injury,but it was soooo good to be back. Joined a skate class too. Fun to be part of skating community. So imp to embrace the things that bring you joy⛸️💛

Today is Mandela Day so Veliswa &I made 100 lunch packs & gifted them to all the people who stand at the local traffic lights every day hoping for work.I can’t offer work but I can offer a sandwich & a smile. In a world so full of anger & hate, it doesn’t take much to be kind 💛

Been rehabbing my hammie ever since Dancing On Ice. Hardly surprising my body took strain. 4 months to prepare, 4 months to repair, but memories to last a lifetime. Done the strength training, now we're onto jumping, so trying to find inspirational places to keep me motivated!💛

Whilst the Uk has a heatwave, here in Cape Town it hasn't stopped raining. Amazing to think that in 2018 CT had such a severe drought they nearly had to switch off the municipal taps!Now there are floods. The positives are the spectacular waterfalls. Nature’s force.Just beautiful
