One definition of the singularity… AI has emergent capabilities that humans learn about and discover after training. So as AI trains more and more and more emergent capabilities become activated, then humans are discovering and utilizing emergent properties rather than planned.

A programmer has to get their concept to run on a machine. A business person has to get their concept to run on an organization in a marketplace. A context engineer has to get their concept to run on intelligence within a context window.

@GaryMarcus I don't think we'll add a new word to differentiate robot walking from people walking. But, the top-left "consciousness" question I think will be something we'll never matter of fact know. Never knowing that will not prevent the robot from all intents and purposes "walking".
