I used to read @jdmeier MSDN blog in the 2008 timeframe onward. He shared concepts and frameworks like A-Z Lists and Above/Below the Line. I think he was the original Context Engineer. I mirror his techniques and even today with Windsurf/Cursor/Codex.

Instead of relying on a single biomarker, I layer multiple data streams - short-term, medium-term, long-term to build a digital twin of my health. This post shares how I applied that approach to Omega-3’s, but the same framework can be used for many areas of health and longevity.

I’ve been thinking about metr and internal enterprise task time. Does anyone have a process for measuring AI model task time, and by extension value, in the enterprise?

One definition of the singularity… AI has emergent capabilities that humans learn about and discover after training. So as AI trains more and more and more emergent capabilities become activated, then humans are discovering and utilizing emergent properties rather than planned.

A programmer has to get their concept to run on a machine. A business person has to get their concept to run on an organization in a marketplace. A context engineer has to get their concept to run on intelligence within a context window.

@GaryMarcus I don't think we'll add a new word to differentiate robot walking from people walking. But, the top-left "consciousness" question I think will be something we'll never matter of fact know. Never knowing that will not prevent the robot from all intents and purposes "walking".

@GaryMarcus If we have this 2x2 matrix to frame how LLM AI is “thinking” or how robot AI is “walking”…

What do you think @GaryMarcus ? How do you think about AI “walking”, compared to “thinking” and “reasoning”?
