Since being away with the Army, I’ve made consistent new PRs in all my fitness goals. Improved my ACFT score by 50 points since June. Hard work pays off for sure. But it’s so much easier with the best teammates on the planet! 🇺🇸 🦅

22 hours of travel but made it safely where I need to be. Already a great experience but I’m counting the days until I’m back home!.
I have to be away from Mrs. RNtoPA and this sweet girl for a little while. Time will fly by, but I can’t wait to come home to my girls. Missing them already.

Happy to share that after a great year+ in orthopedic hand and microsurgery, I’m taking an internal transfer to hip and knee reconstruction!. Very excited for the next chapter of my PA journey, and grateful for an employer who supports my goals. Now where is my mallet ⚒🦴.
