I do not want him to suffer, but it is hard to make the final decision without a clear underlying diagnosis other than just failure to thrive. Any help / thoughts from the vet community is appreciated.

Has been on multiple meds to include appetite stimulants, antacids, steroids, etc with no change.

Started vomiting daily weeks ago. Full work up at the vet negative. Labs and urine negative. Serial X-rays negative. U/S shows gastric thickening but empty stomach . Has essentially stopped eating for about 2 weeks - have tried all foods / treats with minimal luck.

Can everyone please tag any vets that you know and share for help here. Louis, French bulldog, turns 12 this month has stopped eating and we don’t really know next steps other than the obvious - no diagnosis to date and hoping crowd sourcing may help w next steps. Thread 🧵
